Anti-vaccine chiropractors 40

The Chiropractic Board of Australia has had enough:

The Chiropractic Board of Australia cracks down to protect the public.

The Chiropractic Board of Australia is cracking down on chiropractors who step outside their primary role as healthcare practitioners and provide treatment that puts the public at risk.

To protect public safety, the Board has:

– ordered practitioners to remove all anti-vaccination material from their websites and clinics
– removed several courses from the list of approved CPD programs, and
– introduced random audits of practitioner compliance with the Board’s registration standards. [Media Release August 8 2013]

Sara Winchester conducts her business, at Total Chiropractic, far from the threat of disease, in the first-world comfort of Sydney’s Lower North Shore, in Cremorne. Winchester is a member, in what seems to be a prerequisite of this series, of the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia.

Here Winchester shares a link from the always reliably dishonest anti-vaccination website, Vactruth. The link’s heading states that the “Hepatitis B vaccine discontinued after three newborn babies die”:

Winchester 1 vactruth babies die after Hep B

Yes, three babies have died, and this is horrific. What the article states, in contrast to the headline, is that immunisation is continuing, and two batches were withdrawn for testing. It appears that anaphylaxis was the cause of death. Investigations are continuing, as is proper, to establish if the vaccine batches were at fault. The article then goes on to decry the Hepatitis B vaccination as a cause of autism, and liver cancer, whilst screeching that babies do not need the Hep B shot as they are neither drug addicts, nor prostitutes. That lie never gets old. Instead, I would suggest visiting this article for an objective read.

So, if these babies aren’t drug addicts or prostitutes, why, then, are they being given this vaccine? Here is a damn good reason:

In Vietnam, the number of mothers who pass hepatitis B to their newborns during delivery is high, and people who are first infected with hepatitis B as infants are much more likely to become chronic carriers of the infection, which can cause liver cancer later in life. Fortunately, it is possible to prevent mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B—with a “birth dose” of vaccine given within one to three days of delivery.

Don’t you just love it when safe, first-world anti-vaccinationists spread bollocks about a vaccine which will prevent babies from enduring future liver cancer, and a horrible death. True heroes.

Next up, Winchester shares this video from the prestigious Journal of YouTube. A lie about Gardasil, and its invisible “catastrophic side-effects”:

Winchester 2 Gardasil catastrophic effects YT videoApparently the influenza vaccine is full of “toxic chemicals”. How could the anti-vaccination triumvirate of NVIC, IMCV, and Vactruth be wrong? Don’t be a “herd” sheeple. GET INFORMED:
