The Chiropractic Board of Australia has had enough:
“We will not tolerate registered chiropractors giving misleading or unbalanced advice to patients, or providing advice or care that is not in the patient’s best interests,” chairman Phillip Donato said.
Dr Donato said chiropractors should only provide evidence-based treatment and anyone with concerns should report them. [Sydney Morning Herald August 9 2013]
Kim Lie Jom conducts his business at Complete Health Chiropractic, in Chatswood, NSW. Jom is a “proud member” of the Chiropractors’ Association Of Australia, and the Australian Spinal Research Foundation:
He was fortunate to be exposed to chiropractic at a young age. During high school he had to make 4 selections for work experience, none of which came through. Subsequently his careers adviser suggested he observe a chiropractor. Well, as they say, the rest is history!
Indeed. You had one job, careers adviser. One job. Here is where chiropractic took the young Jom…
Mike Adams, mercury in flu shots, autism, and brain damage. Which Australian influenza vaccine contains mercury, again? I forgot:
Does vaccination play a role in the rise of epilepsy? No. It doesn’t:
Mike Adams, vaccines, and their link to high infant mortality. Except when they’re not, because this is a lie:
And the original lie regarding the above lie:
Mercola, and the lie about Gardasil deaths. Jom wants you to make an informed decision:
Spreading “rumours” about the HPV vaccine and infertility lie. “Are you willing to take the risk?”. Tell me Pascal, are you feeling lucky, punk?
Vaccines cause autism, of course. How dare anyone say these things are safe. Oh, wait. It’s another lie:
Call the picture framers. Jom plugs the discredited anti-vaccination organisation, the Australian Vaccination Network. Well, he would: Jom is a member of the AVN. He states he, “saw the talk at our conference”. He saw an AVN talk at a conference:
It is a must hear and full of great information.
Remember the excellent US documentary, The Vaccine War? Rubbish. If you want the real deal, see Tenpenny via Mike Adams:
Mike Adams, the H1N1 vaccine, and miscarriages. Another lie:
So 5th on the list of chosen careers?
More like a career by default, after being incapable of finding any other career.
Those who can, do.
Those who cannot teach.
Those who cannot do either manage.
Those who cannot manage govern.
Those who cannot do any of the above preach idiotic fantasies and rake in speakers fees.
Where is the data to show “unequivocably” (that’s from the same dictionary as “polyscorbate”) that chiropractic is safe? Why is the government subsidising or paying for chiropractic that cannot be proven to be safe?
Where is the “unequivocable” proof that ham sandwiches are safe? Or seat belts, or oxygen, or water, or Facebook, or the chairs in chiropractors’ waiting rooms?
I do like that he asks where the proof of absolute safety is at the same time as admitting that such absolute proof is not possible.
I LIKE ”unequivocably”! It’s a pleasing blend of ”unequivocal” and ”irrevocable” which expresses….well I’m not exactly sure, but I do like it. It’s like CAM for the English language.
